Directed Pick and Pack Without Bins in ACCU-DART for Sage 300

This month’s release brings directed two-step picking to ACCU-DART, helping teams commit picked items to the correct sales order before packing and shipping.
ACCU-DART now guides operators through a sales order’s open lines in warehouse pick-sequence order, without requiring Orchid’s bin tracking module. This supports a two-step workflow: pick and commit the items to the sales order first, then pack and ship the order.
- See the next item to pick and the quantity still needed.
- Confirm the item as you work through the order; ACCU-DART stops an unexpected item from being committed.
- Commit picked quantities to the sales order before packing and shipping, so they remain allocated to that order instead of being picked or allocated to another one.
Operators can move through the order as needed, and the guided workflow advances as lines are completed.
This release also includes bug fixes and performance and stability improvements.
