This month’s release brings Pick for Assembly to ACCU-DART, guiding operators from a build’s component requirements to suggested bins and the assembly staging area.

Preparing components for an assembly build means finding the right items, quantities, and bins before production can begin. Pick for Assembly uses the build’s component requirements and sequence to guide operators through the work.

• Start from an assembly document or a master item.
• See what’s still needed and get suggested bins with available quantities.
• Confirm each component as it’s picked into the assembly staging area, with progress shown along the way.

This helps teams prepare material in the optimal sequence and gives operators clearer direction on the warehouse floor.

This release also includes bug fixes and performance and stability improvements.
