A New Chapter for ACCU-DART
Message from the new owners
Dear ACCU-DART Resellers,

We wanted to personally introduce ourselves as the new owners of ACCU-DART. As of June 19, we officially acquired the business from Irwin, who has done an incredible job building ACCU-DART into a trusted solution for manufacturers and distributors.

Who are we?
We’re two brothers—Nick and Johan—who have spent the majority of our careers working together. Between us, we bring over 50 years of experience across technology, operations, and marketing. We’ve been hands-on in the warehouse, founded companies, and most recently held senior leadership roles at a large technology firm

After spending the last 8 years in corporate environments, we realized we wanted to get back to what we enjoy most—working directly with people, solving hands-on problems, and building something we truly believe in.

What drew us to ACCU-DART wasn’t just the product—it was the community of resellers and their deep commitment to helping customers succeed. We’re especially excited to support resellers like you as you help your clients run more efficient businesses. We see this as a partnership and are committed to providing the same responsive support and dedication that Irwin has delivered over the years.

Irwin’s Continued Involvement
Irwin has dedicated more than 30 years to building ACCU-DART and cares deeply about the people who rely on it. He wants to see the business continue to thrive and will stay actively involved as we get up to speed. His deep product knowledge and strong relationships across the reseller community are invaluable, and we’re grateful to have his guidance as we begin this next chapter.

Over the next few months, we’ll be focused on listening, learning, and getting to know the people and businesses that make up the ACCU-DART ecosystem. We’re here for the long haul—and we’re committed to making thoughtful, steady improvements that add value for you and your clients.

If you have questions, ideas, or just want to say hello, we’d love to connect. You can reach us anytime at:

Thank you for your continued trust. We’re excited about what’s ahead—and we look forward to working with you.

Warm regards,
Nick & Johan
